Title: EForum users can upload their photos?

Users photo is some forum name as avatar, beside the their posts, some forum user can upload their own photo or any simbol themselves like. What about elxis forum? can upload users photo?
Another question is: elxis can register from main page? (www.elxis.org home page), and can login from there?
