Title: Creating translation

Hi!

I want to ceate translation to my language Croatian. Is there any specialy way to do it, or I just open files from another language and replace them with my translation.

Hi again Dario,
I have been speakng with some of your country-mates, and some guys are already said they will use my translation to create translations for all ex-yu countries. I will send you PM with the address of our regional webmasters forum. Maybe you could work together and do it easier.
