Title: ELXIS is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional
Post by: Farhad Sakhaei on August 12, 2007, 17:33:50
hello to my friends!
these days i created a template and i checked the HTML of the theme in http://validator.w3.org , it was valid ... so for using it in ELXIS , i converted it to a ELXIS template and after it i checked the page again ,,,
it has 69 errors ,, !!!! i think we should take a look to all tags and properties to fix them ...  ???
also i checked www.elxis.org , but it has 27 errors in main page , i think elxis.org uses a better codes for compatibility of W3C ... !!!! is it true? because i checked a blank elxis page but i get about 69 errors !!!!

Hi Farhad,

I have opened this topic long time ago (april or march), as I care for that W3C stuff, actually. I know that issue is going to be solved in next elxis release (will be tableless, XHTML&CSS valid). Until then, there is nothing much to do.
