Please explain the problem in more detail.  Also, what does UCD have to do with dropbox?

There is a possibility to use 2 or more Javascript libraries (like mootools, jquery, prototype etc) at your website. Try to find out which libraries are running and disable one of them.

Testing :
- Disable USD from header : Важно!
- Leave it only for hearder : Последние релизы
- Increase the speed from speed: 750 to speed: 1500

Have you noticed something else ?

again turned on the UCD block  "Важно!"
by mistake at first saved it with Ajax, then returned the "normal list", and everything works fine.(did not change at Ajax problem block)
