Hello all,

I am seeing a problem with ppbuynow.  In the link box, the following appear

At first, I thought that it might be due to having wysiwyg so I turned it off, but then after checking the html code again, I am still seeing a quote backslash and greater sign just before the buy now.

Any ideas?

p.s.  also tried the advemail which does require no wysiwyg.

Disable the Email Cloaking mambot.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense.  Normally, this kind of error is simply a string processing error somewhere in the program.

There must be either bug in the bot or something wrong with an input parameter.

Have you tried  ?

The problem is related to the Email Cloaking mambot.
disable it and you will not have the problems..

Anyway .. since I'm a noob ... here some info about from Datahell

Ahhh a newbie,

Okay, now I accept your explaination as I have no other choice.

That link explained it all.  I guess that I will have to dump it.

Add thing is that the paypay donation works just fine.  I may simply adjust to use that one.

still does not work: ppbuynow - #4 , mailCloaking #20, turn off mailCloaking - did not help
i uninstall emailCloaking and guess what? nothing ;D
