Here's a problem: when I click "check files" I get "no hash files found". I did, however, click the "download" button above the 2006.4 version of hash, but after few secs "getting files" or something similar disapperes with no error message shown. Now, you may read this post from the begining. ;)
PS
I've chmodded directories: admin/tools/updiag/data/hash/, admin/tools/updiag/data/script/, and admin/tools/updiag/ to 777.

There is no "hash" folder. The right name is "hashes". Check if this is the problem.
Get the files manually and upload it in the administrator/tools/updiag/data/hashes folder:
Normal version (recommended):
https://www.elxis.org/update/hashes/2006.4.txt
Extended version:
https://www.elxis.org/update/hashes/2006.4_ext.txt
Full version:
https://www.elxis.org/update/hashes/2006.4_full.txt

So.. it is "hashes"... :D
Here's what I have now:
Warning images/favicon.ico File needs update
Warning includes/footer.php File needs update
so, I guess my site ain't gonna fall apart because of that.
Thanx for the hash files.
But I guess my server is so locked up that I will have to upload those files again trough FTP when the time comes.
