Title: Link to Contacts component always listed as "contact"

No matter what I put as the name of the link, the link to the Contacts component always shows up as contact.  Worse yet - it seems the option asking it not to display the title does not work, and it displays the title anyways once you click on it.

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

it is lang-file relative matter

I'm fairly adept at PHP, so I don't mind getting in the nitti-gritti...but could you point me in the right direction?

Is it at the parser level?  Or is the language file itself structured incorrectly?

some modules and components have a smart(some times annoying for new users) lang strings auto-selection 

eg. latest-news module or popular-articles even the main menu..

same happens with contact..

when it is published for all lang they use only  the current-selected  lang-file ttranslation and ignore
all title-options..
if you  publish one module  for each lang you can bypass this auto translation and the title option works..

in contact form happens exactly the same....

all you need is to publish one contact per used-lang and give any title
or use one form but publish it not to all-lang(euroflag)  but check all one-by-one lang you have(4-5-6... flags)

it was easy?
