Title: [SOLVED] PHP Error

Hello! I have a interesting problem with admin panel for entry shows the message:

Any ideas how to fix the problem? Thanks advance  :)

EASY: Replace that file with the original from the general distribution.

Hard: Debug it by removing the "/" from that file in that line.
