Title: New RentaSite powered by Elxis
Post by: rentasite on January 28, 2009, 10:31:31

At last my new site is up from this moment. You can see it here: http://www.rentasite.gr (http://www.rentasite.gr) or http://www.rentasite.co.gr (http://www.rentasite.co.gr)

Used:
- Elxis 2008.1 Stable rev2245 [Nemesis]
- IOS eShop
- IOS Newsletter
- IOS Downloads
- Elxis Blog
- BlueBell HC template

I must mention that till last Sunday, the template was not the one you see now. But due to major problems, it was changed on the fly! Till now i have 2 problems: (1) Cannot disable the Pathway (on I.E.) - (2) Right column not showing on IOS Downloads. Anyway, the template is under review.

Comments more than welcome.

Lastly i must say: I hate I.E.  ;D

Well done Spyro,

And you have left the Joomla Template ! Well Done !! (info from spying your new site during the upgrade).

As for the new one... I have been adapting the same template and for my website... because of the needs of the eshop.. so we will wave the same base in our websites :) well done Nikos Vlachtsis for the BlueBell HC template.

Also you have Nice, Clean & Pro styling :) and you have good photos.

Too bad for me having so many activities, it is really hard to get it organized & easy to access.

A notice for the "Μάθετε να φτιάχνετε site με το Elxis CMS" product.
You better set this product as follows:

Elxis seminar, duration: 3 hours, cost: 114EUR
And for additional hours add a price modifier group named "duration" with values like this:

4 hours: +38EUR
5 hours: +76EUR
6 hours: +114EUR
etc....

@Sirigos: I don't think i will remain with this template. But for temporal use its ok.

@Datahell: Thanks for the suggestion, i think its much more better now.

As for SEO Pro... it just rocks! With SEO pro I also have combined "Google webmaster" tools (sitemap) and "Google Analytics" (making Google visit your site often than it does ;) )

And without the stuff you have created it wouldn't be like that! So really thanks, once more, Gianni.  :) :)

i found this.........
If you have installed the module sonofsucker as a dynamic horizontal menu then template BlueBell-hc will automatically detect the loaded module and loads its own css files for that module. So you have nothing to set regarding css for that module. The sonofsucker css files are located inside the template css folder. If you wish to use the sonofsucker module, publish it in the module position named toolbar.

maybe is the suckerfish?

It is a second, improved, version of the suckerfish technique (son of suckerfish).

Ivan has released a suckerfish menu module but I have nt used/tested it.
http://www.elxis-downloads.com/com_downloads/menus/3.html (http://www.elxis-downloads.com/com_downloads/menus/3.html)

I have also built a "son of suckerfish" module but it is not "plug-n-play" as it is based on the template's css and can not be used as a standalone module. So, I have n't release it. Contact Nikos Vlahtsis, he knows.
