I have this problem, anything I write in Russian on the site are displayed ??????? how can I solve?

OK , I found that your database is created under latin1 charset encoding , you should try to change it to utf-8 ,
If you want send me your hosting access to solve your problem  :)

ALTER DATABASE `xxxxx` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_bin   ?

OK , I re encoded your whole database to utf8_general_ci ...
And created a test content , You can see it here : http://www.russiaspeak.it/home/home/hello.html  ;)
