Blank all popup windows

I have a menu item with link to content page in my site. Settings of menu item: Popup window - Lightbox.
And it worked.
Now doesn't work any popup window in my site: neither this menu item no any popup map window (in IOSR). All popups is blank.
Please help.

It may happen as the inner.php file is blocked due to firewall settings or a PHP fatal error is
generated for some reason. 
In any case we have to check this out thoroughly.
