Elxis 2007 [Vampire] has now support for custom XML language files. So, no module, component, mambot will ever be displayed only in English. You can set new language strings for your modules! Also the existing admin language packages (7) were added to the standard release. Develoments read on the 'Elxis 2007 developers guide' forum how to implement this feature in your custom module, component or mambot.
