Hi,
while browsing an elxis site i've created, I sometimes get this elxis error. Once I refresh the page, it goes away. I had this complaint from some users and wanted to mention it here for advice.
I think that it should be a server error and not an elxis problem.

Please advice on how I can solve this. I've attached a screenshot of the error.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Should I contact the hosting company?

thanks in advance.

Exactly! Do you use 'tophost' for the hosting services; I have noticed this issue from tophost's service.

yes you're right. it is tophost.
I did not pick it as a host. It was given to me by the client. I will contact them and let them know. See what they have to say.

thank you

You are welcome Roubos. Keep this subject informed in case that tophost send you an 'interesting' reply. Ok?

Well, spoke to them.
They just mentioned that I should email support and ask them to change the Database server from DB11 to DB12.
It must be a known issue with them then. I'll email them and see if that solves the problem.
