How to change the alt tag at the flags

Where do I change the alt-Tag text for the flaggs?
I would like to change brazilian to portuguese.

or, simply change the language name in language file.

Thanks for reply. Do you mean to change all files to portuguese or just one special file? Which one?

If you want to change Brasilian to Portugese, just rename Braslilian to Portugese everywhere. Todo legal, il carnaval. ;-)
