FTP issues fixed

Elxis 4.0 Nautilus rev1299 Beta

FTP check script fixed in both elxis configuration and elxis installer.
Fixed a bug in folder creation via FTP.
Added FTP support in Elxis installer.

This fixes will soon be available in a newer Elxis 4.0 srelease.
