I uploaded a video capture demonstrating Elxis Nautilus multilingual interface.
You can downloaded it here (wmv format).

Notes
1. In Elxis Nautilus items (articles, modules, categories, etc) are available for all languages.
2. On certain items you can add translations. Each item can have more than 1 multilingual elements (for example title, subtitle, meta keys, caption, etc, for a content article).
3. The translation system can be extended extremely easy to third party extensions.
4. I have also implemented Bing (microsoft) automatic translations.
5. Translation elements can be text and textarea form fields and also WYSIWYG and BBCode editor instances.

Very nice.  I only hope that bing doesn't do what google did with their translator.

Bing has also some limitations but it is, in general, OK for the task we want it.
I will also add google later, even if it is not a paid service.

A new video capture from Elxis installer.

At first we install module test (mod_test) version 1.0. You dont need to go to a special page for this task. From the same form you install/update all type of extensions (modules, template, components)! Elxis detects automatically the extension type.

Then we install a newer version (1.1) of the same module and Elxis automatically detects that it is an update and ask me for confirmation to continue.

Afterwards you see the installed module in the modules list.

Finally you see the module's edit page.

See the video here (wmv format).

Note that these videos are for your consideration only, do not publish them!
