Yes you can do that.
Steps :
1. Create a class at your layout.css file of your template.
.myimages img {
border:1px solid #000; /* black color */
padding : 5px;
}
2. At the TinyMCE Editor you have to set this css class of your images.

- Click on the image.
- At the toolbar of TinyMCE Editor there is an icon on which you can insert/edit images.
- Click on it and go to the tab named 'Appearance'
- You can set here the css class of the image.

thank you very much...
to apply water mark on images through css , we have to wait till browsers are able to use css3.
right?

You are welcome, ahmet.
There is some techniques that you can add watermarks on images f.e: using Javascript instead of css3 code.

If you search it from google you will find out some interesting results. However it's not so easy to be included.

in google theres lots of info but most of them unfornutaly trash...
anyway... there ara some problems when u use java script as i know..
the best way it looks like using a htaccess meanwhile using lots of source...
P.s. instead of learning all these i would like to spend more time on design... and would like have a partner can do these 4 me..
