I know there are a lot of thing to be fixed, so hit me with your observations.

Ivan it is a very nice, serious, functional governmental site.

Very nice. The only thing I don't like is that some links points to the .org site and if you click them then you end to an other site with a different structure and you get lost. The style of the 2 sites are identical so you don't realise that the site has changed but you can n't find the links you previously see.

Yup, I know, and I will try to persuade them to open those links in new window. Actually, UNHCR HQ in Geneva requested that all their sites look the same, so I had to leave those links, but I hope they will allow me to open them in new window. Also, there are a lot of HTML/CSS mistakes I need to fix.

Dear Ivan i just tell you this that i beleive because i ve seen a lot of governmental sites and my eye is experienced on this kind.
