problem with encoding in different browsers

I have written a new module for social network Vkontakte.
Different browsers have different shows, I do not understand what could be the problem.
Only Opera 12  Chrome and FireFox all ok.

I don't think that it's a module's issue. Just try to change the default encoding of the incompatible browsers. Change that to automatic selection and verify if the issue solved.

If the default encoding it properly displayed. Although the entire site with one single encoding
