Normally after the reservation you should get an email with the credit card details and a link to decrypt the credit card number.
Don't you get that e-mail? Do you get any email after the reservation is complete? If not, then check your in the hotel's page the email address you have set for contact. Is it a valid email address? Also check if your site sends email normally. Can you receive emails from the  Elxis contact form?

hi there

I do get the reservation email only, but no cc info.

I just changed the email and made a sample reservation.

After entering the cc details on the offline cc gateway, I get this page -

http://mydomain/components/com_reservations/pm/ccoffprocess.php

But there are no success message, whatsoever, and the default home page is being displayed.

Oh my, the default home page - dont you think something in the .htaccess file is missing?

Mmmm no - sorry, just had to think there.

This is a direct link - should be something else

No, I get the reservation mail only, and no cc info, and no success page.

Any ideas?

Thank you so much.

I guess you have SUPHP. Change mode to the container folder to 755 (and for the parent folders too).
components/com_reservations/pm/

Check this for example:
http://beds24.co.za/modules/dsdadasdadadadda/ (which means that folder "modules" has wrong permissions: 777)
Your server does not return error 404 as it should do cause of an error due to wrong permissions to parent folders.
Set folders: 0755
Set files: 0644

When you run PHP as SUPHP no file/folder should be writeable by all.
For more help contact your hosting provider.

Are there any folders that should be 777?

Can I change it all to 755?

Thanx )I did not change any permissions....)

also I dont know what suphp is, but thank you for your help.

I do know what 777 means though.

Almost suicide. But I've read somewhere that sub folders / dirs can be 777, as long as the parent dir is 755

not sure about that, but I've changed all folders to 755.

If there are any folders that should be 777, please let me know

Also, thank you for your assistance, I really do appreciate it
