Need Help tidying my site and adding functions beyond my capability

Hi,

Firstly Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I could not decide where to post.

I have finally gone as far as I think I can go developing my site, and really need some advice/help from some one who has a much better grasp on finishing the site than I do

The functionality of the site is there, however I really need someone to help me tidy up the inner workings of the site,
The main problems I am facing
I need a contact me form on my site, at the moment I am linking to an outside form.
I can not upload my own video tour at the moment I am linking to facebook
I would like the Back to links I have added to be more standard,
Adding some better spacing to the individual pages, I really struggle to add space on my pages.
The main thing though is when other owners join the site, I am having to manually add their properties, where I would really like them to have a page they go to and fill in the information in a standard form and it will automatically add/change their page.
Also I would like place holders for other properties I will hopefully add in the future.

If someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated, if I should have posted this in the job section I am sorry I did consider posting there,   I am really limited on time at the moment and would really like someone to do this for me.

Elxis has integrated contact forms support. See component contacts. If you need to build something custom use eForms bot inside an Elxis content item or autonomous page. eForms allows you to build any type of form.

Go to administration -> media manager and upload your videos. If the videos can not be uploaded change permissions on the folder you try to upload to and make it writeable (permissions 777). Then you can display the videos by using one of the available bot (i.e. mosFLV).

For better links enable SEO PRO in Elxis global configuration and rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess

For spacing etc, edit your template's css file. Give as a link and tell as the exact spot if you want details.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to help, it is greatly appreciated.  my site is www.manxownedvillas.com 
When I try and upload my video it just keeps going and going, I have even left it overnight and nothing changes, I assume I can write to the directory as I have uploaded photos or is that different?

I will have a look at the contact form I did look a few weeks ago, maybe I missed it.

I will also have a look at the htaccess part.

I have no idea how to edit the css file, I will look at it tonight and see if I can do it.

Thank you for your help again, if you see anything I have missed that needs changing please let me know, and I will try and change it.

I am enjoying the learning part of this just some of it takes me so long to do, by the time I have done it I am unsure how I got there in the end.
