Elxis to Joomla bridge

Dear friends,
Is there any bridge to develop a Joomla site copying an old elxis or? And how can I develop a new Elxis site copying an old Joomla with a bridge?

There is no bridge and it wouldn't be. There are not similarities between them.
Develop either Elxis CMS site or Joomla.

and second .. no there is no way other than manual copying  staff
