All that sites are created by a company (RegIran Company) , Their customers don't know about the Elxis and it's license , RegIran sell the Elxis as the "SafheNegar CMS" , I already listed some of these site :

Not only they don't estimate the community of elxis and the try of creating a CMS like Elxis (datahell's work etc) but also they exploit this situation by presenting that like theirs CMS or null.

Question : eForum component has license : Creative Commons 3.0 S.A. which means
Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

i don't think that changes of license has general interest in contrast it has particular purposes.

I would never suggest that the license be changed.  My comment simply reflects upon the nature of what people do when they see that a product or service is good.

When I first began using Elxis on my site, I commented out the lines that displayed the Elxis license but I did that to make it more difficult for anyone that might thinking of hacking the site.  Elxis has given me a positive experience with regards to security and quality that I have promoted it on CMS review sites.  Any site that uses Elxis should be proud to show the Elxis links on the footer!
