Hi Erich and welcome.

And YES definetly it is possible to do site locally and then transfer to remote server. We all do that every day. Smiley
Just ask if you are stuck somewhere.

Thanks Ivan.
The files with an FTP program to transfer to the server, the database on the new server. And as a last config.php change. Is that really so?

Best wishes, Erich.

Exactly!
Just remember that Elxis uses utf-8 encoding, so when you create DB on you server, remember to set charset to utf-8 and utf8_general_ci collation
