Interesting way of displaying menu, I like it. Notice that lightbox is not working* on gallery "Лицензии".

It is nice site and has a different way of usual look
Two points by my personal way of look
1. I could prefer on vertical menus to give an orange or red color on mouse over.
2.
Here
i would use Easy Gallery bot to show photos in Lightview

Nice layout. I think that the menus may need some shading using the mouse over.
