Title: Elxis 4.6 Eria Template, startpage Q
Post by: bully on October 31, 2019, 13:11:00
I know, it's not really depending on the template

Almost all templates offer for modules the Option, show only on home page

Now my Question: Where/how I would/should do that correctly for a DIV  (Just a div, to be shown ONLY on the initial start page)? On any page link, I really not want it

The answer isn't to urgent, as I  found a kind of workaround. It's just not pretty

You can do it from frontpage manager.
Elxis administration > Content > Frontpage
Set a module position to the frontpage grid position you want.
Set your module(s) to that position.

Yes, I tries this. It was failing badly with the Super Articles 2.2 module. I had this as content in a page as imodule. All Pages open correctly, but my divider in Question did not notice, that this other pages than the initial start page. So the DIV just did show, for each of the  article links, whilst on a regular content page
