Title: convert 2009 Illegal string offset

Hello all,

Trying to convert on local system, I received this error msg:
Illegal string offset 'access' in C:\wamp\www\elxis\converter\inc\conv.class.php on line 1537

wamp
apache 2.4
php  5.5
mysql 5.6

Solved using a different method.

I think that the error was caused by a difference in older php versions.
