Title: Updating Elxis 4.5 to 4.6

Hello all!
I updated 4.5 to 4.6 by uploading files usig FTP.
After opening the admin pannel , check for updates, there was no need to update database...
Is that normal?

Hello Bledi,

That is correct, there is no update to the database.
