Title: Update Elxis 4.4 to 4.5 Typhon

An update patch to Elxis 4.5 Typhon has just been released.
Elxis 4.4 Orion users can update their Elxis installation to Elxis 4.5 Typhon.

Download the patch from EDC (https://www.elxis.net/edc/core/129.html).
Unzip it locally and read the README text file (available in English and Hellenic).
Proceed by following the instructions given there.

Note
If you have an older version than 4.4 then first update to 4.4 and then to 4.5.
