I use Elxis CMS in Brazil.I need to upgrade but can not access the official websites of Elxis (elxis.org/elxis.net). By accessing, it appears the SEC-DEFB-0001 security alert. I tried to access the sites on multiple devices and nothing.
I have two sites with CMS Elxis that normally access.
Would my internet provider?
It would be my IP that is from Brazil?
Does anyone have any ideas?

Right!. I will make a complaint about the ISP. I have problems in other websites, but I think DNS. The internet providers in Brazil are of poor quality.
Congratulations to the project team. I'm posting the project in Brazil. They can count on us.

Hi rubensnovaes. When we get massive attacks from IPs from a specific ISP provider we block that provider. virtua.com.br is blocked, veloxzone.com.br from Brazil is also blocked for the same reason. I cannot remove the block without inspection of the log files of the last 10-20 days and this needs time. Thanks for supporting Elxis and sorry for the trouble but we have no other weapon against bad users than blocking them.
I advise you to change ISP provider, not for Elxis, but because they don't seem trust-worth.

I solved the problem. I could access the website through the office where the ISP is another company.
