Title: Plugins don't work on 'category' pages?

Hi there,
the 'email' or 'flike' plugins do not seem to work on 'category' pages. Is this correct?

Content Plugins are component Content specific extensions. Their purpose is to provide additional functionality to content items (articles and autonomous pages).
