Title: IOSR payment issue

Please help, i got problem with payment Cc ofline method.

When make a booking on the final setup there is no option to put credit card details

I've founded the solution already  :)
just for information, in case someday facing the same problem
just make sure on hotel edit ---> reservation tab ---> Fee amount is not Zero :-)

in my suggestion i think its better for CC payment offline when we put 0, the guest be commanded to fill credit card information --> guarantee the booking

There is no any reason for anyone to submit his credit cart details if there is no any
fee. In other words: How will he be charged if you don't know how much the fees are?

ALL payment methods are disabled if there is nothing to pay... If surety fee is zero then IOSR Hotels doesn't ask payment information.
There is 1 exception (IOSR Hotels 2.2+) : If full amount discount is enabled and has been selected by the customer. In this case the customer pays the full reservation amount even if surety fee was zero.

Example
Reservation total: 100 EUR
Surety fee: 0
Full amount discount: 10%

If customer selects full amount discount payments will be enabled and he will pay 90 EUR (surety fee becomes automatically 100%).
If customer don't select full amount discount the reservation will remain 100 EUR and payment will be disabled because surety fee is 0.
