Title: Possible to replace 'category title' with 'site name' in article <title>?

hi there,
I notice that the <title> tag of articles displays the article title followed by the parent category title.
However, is it possible to replace the parent category title with the site name? Or just add it? Or just remove the category title from the title tag?
Any of these solutions would be preferable. Many thanks for any advice!
