Title: is there any module that displays articles based on tags?

Hi there,
is there any module that can display articles featuring a particular tag/meta keyword? i.e. instead of articles in a particular category?

Thanks, but what I'm looking to do is the opposite: display articles that have a certain tag, rather than displaying the tags and linking to articles.
