Title: Update translation NL for Elxis 4.3

I have made the translation for the update (4.3)

While using Elxis, I came across some bad translations I did before.

Made these changes:

nl.php
$_lang['CONTENT_PLUGINS'] = 'Inhoud plugins’;
=> $_lang['CONTENT_PLUGINS'] = ‘Plugins';
$_lang['ENABLE_CACHE_D'] = 'Enable cache voor dit item?’;
=> $_lang['ENABLE_CACHE_D'] = ‘Cache inschakelen voor dit item?’;
$_lang['CONTENT'] = ‘Inhoud’;
=>  $_lang['CONTENT'] = 'Artikelen’;

nl.com_cpanel.php
$_lang['PLUGINS_MANAGE_INST'] = 'Beheer inhoud plugins en installeer nieuwe.’;
=> $_lang['PLUGINS_MANAGE_INST'] = 'Beheer plugins en installeer nieuwe.';

nl.com.content.php
$_lang['ARTICLES_CHAIN'] = 'Artikelen keten’;
=> $_lang['ARTICLES_CHAIN'] = ‘Link Vorige / Volgende';

nl.com_extmanager.php
$_lang['MANAGE_CONTENT_PLUGINS'] = 'Beheer Inhoud Plugins’;
=> $_lang['MANAGE_CONTENT_PLUGINS'] = 'Beheer plugins';

nl.com_emenu.php
$_lang['CONTENT'] = ‘Inhoud’;
=> $_lang['CONTENT'] = 'Artikelen';

nl.mod_adminmenu.php
$_lang['AUTONOMOUS_PAGES'] = 'Alleenstaande pagina\'s’;
=> $_lang['AUTONOMOUS_PAGES'] = ‘Artikelen zonder Categorie’;

We will update Elxis 4.3 with your newer Dutch translations. Thank you very much!

Elxis 4.3 translated also into Chinese by Chong Bing. Tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, we will release an updated 4.3 version with all changes and additions included.
