Title: Readme text instructions from 4.2 to 4.3

Hello
I am sorry but i can not find the readme text file for instruction for instalation 4.2 to 4.3.
also
Can i upgrade from elxis 4.2 rev1644(not rev1646) to elxis 4.3?

OK, found it, i was downloading the Elxis 4.3 not the update pacth 4.2 to 4.3

Hello @bledi,
You could unzip the file as located to the link [1] below. There is a detailed documentation in English as for
the instructions you should follow in filename: README_english.txt. Finally you could apply this patch from your
revision to the rev1710. This patch will update all releases of Elxis 4.2 Icarus to Elxis 4.3 Proteas rev1710.
