Nice job Spyro, i like the background song, but all menu items as bottom too links are opening in new window.

And another i saw right now is that here (http://www.stathisnikolaidis.gr/periexomeno/epikoinonia.html) the e-mail image (http://www.stathisnikolaidis.gr/media/images/cont_photos/email-bar.png) you can very easy replace it and avoid spam too, with the e-mail plugin (https://www.elxis.net/edc/content/39.html)

Thanks Niko for the feedback! The issue with the email is done. I think i missed that plugin...  ::)

The issue with the menu items is related to the background music & this was a bit complicated! That music is set to play only in the frontpage and only once. The purpose is the visitor to hear all the track without any interruption. So i created a different Horizontal menu for the frontpage, with it's items opening in a new window (any other links in the frontpage also open in a new window). For the subpages i use another Horizontal menu, with it's items opening in the same window. * The footer menu shows only in subpages.

I'll say it in Greek: Δεν ξέρω αν είναι Ποντιακός ο τρόπος σκέψης ;D αλλά ήταν η λιγότερη ενοχλητική λύση. Σε αντίθεστη περίπτωση, με κάθε κλικ... η μουσική θα ξεκίναγε και θα σταματούσε κι αυτό θα κούραζε!

Good job, Elxis goes to Pontos :)

Thanks Yianni! Elxis has gone to Pontos previously (http://www.lelevose.gr/)  ;D Also there is one more related site, coming soon....

Hi Spyro

Now i see the reason you did it in this way and really it is something difficult to have background music without interruption when visitors surf into the site. I had the same request recently for an Elxis 4 site and i was thinking various ways to do it. So using the power of Elxis 4 i was thinking as best solution and datahell can tell us if this is possible to do with htaccess file, the way of loading by main site url request, 2 sites simultaneously, the main site (without music background) and another subsite (using the option of multisite) which contains only one page with no links, menu e.t.c. and has the background music with a module or an embed source.

My opinion is that background music -in general- is very annoying. I personally have sound always turned off so I didn't heard it in your site. You could just put a nice icon and prompt visitors to click on it if they want to listen to the music. That link will open a mini popup window with the player. The visitor can continue surfing to the site without the music to be interrupted. This is what the majority of sites do. The only alternative way is to split the page into 2 frames which is something that I don't recommend.

I totally agree! But sometimes, others decide what they want!  :)

very nice job and responsive, i see that you use for youtube videos the iframe code and with that you can see videos in mobiles, but there is something bad with the response so maybe you want to use something like that
in css and include your iframe code inside div with class="video-container" (i use that and works)
.video-container {
   position: relative;
   padding-bottom: 56.25%;
   padding-top: 30px;
   height: 0;
   overflow: hidden;
}

.video-container iframe,
.video-container object,
.video-container embed {
   position: absolute;
   top: 0;
   left: 0;
   width: 100%;
   height: 100%;
}

.entry-content img,
.entry-content iframe,
.entry-content object,
.entry-content embed {
        max-width: 100%;
}
