Title: switching host
Post by: xmanhattan on February 09, 2014, 14:48:25
Has anyone tried hosting Elxis 2009.3 using Php 5.4 or greater?
I will be switching to a different host and some of the newer ones offer a choice of which version.

Elxis 2009.3 has some small problems with php 5.4 but can be solved. We have discussed about them here in this forum.
Namely: deprecated functions such as session_unregister and ampersands in bots inputs.

Out of curiosity what versions has Elxis 4.x been tested with?
Thanks

Elxis 4.x requires PHP version 5.2 or newer while it is compatible with even PHP 6.x!
