Title: Elxis 2009.3 Not working after installation

Hi all,

i tried to install Elxis 2009.3 on a Windows 2008 server with IIS.

After installation the CMS was not working. After a small research around the error i found out that the problem was on the line 103 of the file:   /includes/core/security.php.


require_once( $elxis_root1."/includes/floodblocker.class.php");

What is wrong about it ??? ???

"was not working"... doesn't help, you need to provide more information. Are they any errors in the server's error log?
Floodblocker protects Elxis from flood attacks. You can comment that line.
