Hello azmi2,

First, I assume that you have placed the content item into the section and category named newsflash.
The next step is to go to the modules, edit the module Newsflash.
On the more details tab, you select what position you want the newsflashes to appear and if you use more than one language use All or a specific language.
Click on the Pages/Items tab and select which menu item pages that you would like your newsflash to appear.
That's it.

Hello azmi2,

I wrote about the newflash because you mentioned "news items on frontpage".  I do not understand what it is that you want to do.
Are you saying you want to put modules into positions 1 and 2?
or
that when you click on a front page title or read more that the page should open?

Can you provide a link?

hello azmi2,

Quote
i assign 5 news items on frontpage.
  You assigned 5 content items.

Quote
i activate one module on header position and one each on user1 and user2 position.
when i click more link on any frontpage item, its open after header and user1 and user2,but it must be front page item should open top of front page.

Then because you want only want the content item to be displayed without the modules, edit the modules to only show them only on the menu items home for top and main menus through the tab Pages /Items.

Which template are you using?
Have you made any changes to the css for modules?
Have you made changes to the positions or affected them in the index.php file of your template?
Have you changed parameter settings under the menu items home?
Have you changed parameter settings for module front-page?
