Hello,

I install nautilus 4.0 twice and know give it a login fault in the EDC.
What know?

Did you registered the site in EDC and then re-installed Elxis?
If yes, write me your site's URL.

Upon changing domain from without www to www. EDC is saying:
"Authorization failed. Elxis ID does not match requested site (ERROR A09)"
but the site is
"Website is registered in Elxis network."

Go to component extensions manager edit page and delete the current Elxis Id value.

Extensions -> Components -> Extensions manager -> edit

EDC is going to become public VERY soon.

Hi,
I have the same problem after last update to v. typhon 4.5
No connection with EDC. I check, there is no ID written in the  component.

There are several reasons that could cause such an issue. Please send me admin login
details via Private Message in order to check that in further.
