Title: Help me change color template...

hi all...
before i'm newbie in website....
i'm use template  imagination_webgift  (creator webgift develop)..
But i have problem change color white to color red how..?
I've tried to change it via css style, but I did not find the code.. please help me...?

Line : 17
div : site_wrapper
Replace :
background: url(../images/top_bg.gif) repeat-x scroll left top;
to :
background:#dd0000 url(../images/top_bg.gif) repeat-x scroll left top;
