Title: Pass data from akform to other page

Hi,
how can I pass data from a form (developed by akform) to another page with other form?

Actually I need to develop a mini form  with reservation request (check in, check out etc) and on submit, pass the data to another page with a detailed form (check in, check out etc, name, email, phone etc).
