Title: Changıng the IOSR template color

I was able to change the color of the topmenu bar ın the template, but ıs there a way to change the color of the modules: the only optıon ın IOSR seems to be blue and I dıdnt fınd another optıon ın the global settıngs or the template settıngs. Thanks. (template phıloxenıa)

This can be done by editing the css file customize.css at folder : templates/philoxenia/css/
Line : ~437

div.moduletable h3, div.moduletable-round h3, div.moduletable-orange h3

background: #5da1d5 -> it's blue [set to the color that you like].
