Title: how to make reservations accepted by hotel staff? (solved)

The guest already paid, and IOS received reservations.

Reject
The reservation will be rejected (deleted) and a notification will be send to the guest.
Delete
The reservation will be deleted but no notification will be send to the guest (if you delete confirmed or paid reservations you will loose statistical data).
Move
Move reservation check-in date in time (max +/- 20 days). Help
