Title: Can't change the Homepage Title

Hi, I tried to chage the Homepage Title from the "Edit Menu Item Component" >> Parameters >>Show Page Title (I wrote new title) >>Show Page Title (I selected the button Show).  However, I keep getting the same orginal page title "Elxis 2009.1".  Can anyone help please?

Go to ->Global Configuration->Site and you can change the site name
