my mistake, I check ONLY with the Elxis files.

I don't bother by checking everyone links, Especial from spamers.

@ a.mousavi: Why the angry face ??

If you have installed Elxis on a local server you must reinstall the documentation of your web server (propably apache). If Elxis is installed on a web hosting server contact your provider to solve this one.

TROLLING:
@ sirigos: if that was a bot, how do you expect it to answer your question if it is a bot  ???  ;D

@apkoutsou
Always we post such a question in new users, with 1 post with not related Elxis post (as anyone can evaluate at first sight).
If you monitor the forum, we get such relevant 1 - 2 post per week.

Now for the problem that the user a.mousavi post.
@a.mousavi
Do you use a Persian version ? in the past you have seen a lot.

I thought it has to do with a locked version from a Persian user.
The Elxis Team it is more informed, than me regarding the old history of a not legal Persian distribution.

we do not recognize that file... none of as have seen this file again...we do not even know what does and how you make use of it it in your elxis(?) installation
so.... what do you expect to tell you?

Ps. elxis is free and needs no licence files or any other kind of registration to run and use!

Yes kostas, in the old days on the 2006 version I have seen a similar an Elxis ILLEGAL Distribution.

If you search the forum, you will find some clues regarding the Commercial Persian Illegal version (RTL and date / callendar modification).
I think Datahell will be more specific.

i don't talk about this and do not doubt what are you saying... i had already read it , although  i am not sure if this the case now!

just mention(talking to a.mousavi)   the fact ...

elxis has nothing to do with this file... and people they do not know what the hell is this(i am mean how and where) and how works...

perhaps the more correct answer is ... ask the guy that gave you that registered.txt why its not working!

elxis does not provide support and can not guarantee   third-party software and specially to any kind hacks
