Title: SEO Pro not work with other language

Hello,

I have just installed elxis in linux , which is a online store.

due to reason i need to put in a subfolder called /CMS/

I have modified the .htaccess already to put rewrite base to /CMS/

english language works fine , however all other language enabled are not functioning. with 404 error and "The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server."

i think that is being redirected by .htaccess?

but i am not able to put the elxis out the /CMS/ folder currently , any fix?
