Although this seems as a negative point romanization is an Elxis feature that adds great SEO value to your links and 100% readability of your links by any visitor from any country. It would be easier to have this system without the romanization feature (in persian, greek, etc) but we built it on purpose this way for better search engines optimization.

As a user which of the following link formats is more friendly to you?
This:
http://www.mysite.com/καλημέρα.html (http://www.mysite.com/καλημέρα.html) (you can not type this in your browser as you don't have Greek keyboard - you will never visit this page)
Or this:
http://www.mysite.com/kalimera.html (http://www.mysite.com/kalimera.html) (much better now, dont you think? More visitors will come to your site by using such links)

καλημέρα = good morning  ;)

Thank you John,
I have a question , Can we have these characters beside Latin ones?
for example , I can make a Persian page with Persian content and URL like :
and another page for English with English content and URL like :

So we can have multiple pages that they are all clear for native languages :)

Yes, you can but I do not recommend it. You have to modify or completely disable the SEO title check feature after the save of data.
administrator/includes/seovs.class.php

For example the following will completely disable the check of validity of the SEO title (even the check for duplicated SEO titles!):

public function validate() {
         return true;
          ....
}

Notice also that by allowing other characters than "a-z", "0-9", "-" and "_" in SEO titles you might also have security issues as you allow "strange characters" to be entered in the database queries directly from the URL.
I do not recommend you to disable the romanization.
