Title: How to check if your website - template is compatible with browsers
Post by: CREATIVE Options on July 01, 2008, 16:53:32
For now I am suggesting 2 simple ways:

1. Online service creating screen shots with multiple browsers & operating systems:
http://www.browsershots.org

2. Install multiple (older) versions of Internet Explorer (IE) in your pc:
http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE

I will post more soon, I hope you will find it useful.

Thanks Nikos,

i installed few months ago for testing, on xp64pro, the multiple version of IE but was crashing some times and the worst is that on IE6 the css does not work right, creating unreasonably div floating problems. I really don't know if this was problem only on my machine. On the other hand, the 1st solution is brilliant!!  ;D

Regarding the IE I suggesting because if you have upgrade the IE the IE6 is no longer available, second the IE6 is strange ( Microsoft  :-X ) and of the problem is the CSS handling. And the worst is that the XP coming with the no longer supported IE6.

PS: yiannisK 90% the css in IE6 wasn't problem of your pc but from IE6.
